Volume pricing is per provisioned GiB per month, billed pay-as-you-go, with no minimum commitment. gp1 is the only class you can provision today, so it is the only one with a rate; io1 and st1 are planned and priced when they go on sale — see what each class delivers.

Open Beta
Note: Persistent Volume Storage is available in open beta today, billed at the published rates. Rates may change before general availability. Register to create your first volume.
Registering takes an address and an invoice email — no card. New organisations are reviewed before the first launch: open beta runs on limited capacity, so we check we can host you, usually within a few hours. You add a payment method before you launch anything; card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and never pass through Origin Cloud. After that you're billed for what you run, at the rates above.
